Lean Manufacturing

Lean Manufacturing, synonymous with Toyota Production Systems (TPS) has become the pre-eminent manufacturing strategy in North America. In virtually all cases, however, it has resulted in some improvement to operations, but has failed to achieve its true potential.

Much corporate effort, including participation in consortia and hiring consultants, has been put in to lean manufacturing. Lean assessments are readily available from a variety of independent advisors. There is no lack of reading material and literature available to the lean practitioner.

We believe there are common threads holding back the unleashing of lean power. With this in mind, our goal is to work with the client to plan and execute the lean program. We will work with all members of the enterprise towards the goal of successful implementation and achievement of “World Class”
