Confidentiality

We recognize that confidentiality is not just a professional obligation, but a commercial necessity. With that in mind, we take confidentiality very seriously.

Our contract the client contains a paragraph dealing directly with the confidentiality obligations of all parties, including identifying confidential information, and restricting its dissemination.

In some circumstances involving Intellectual Property, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement may be required, for which we can provide drafts.
